Actively interested in national defense from 1915.Assisted in organizing and training aerial reserves.Member Executive Board and chairman aviation committee, 1915-1919.Membership,Aerial League America.
She also organized woman’s national defense rallies,Carnegie Hall (New York), Newport (Rhode Island),Nassau,etc.
Founder,American editor American section Poetry Review (London),since 1923. Organized and directed poetry and dramatic celebrations held at New York World’s Fair,1939-1940.
